While you’re in the Input menu, it’s worth scrolling up to the Menu Toggle Gamepad Combo option. As you’d expect, the d-pad will move you around the menu screen as well. You can now navigate with the A and B buttons on your controller (or whichever buttons you chose during the setup process) to go back and forth between menu items.
